Employer is looking for a laborer for the construction and maintenance of residential landscape projects; including decks, walls, plantings, water features, irrigation systems, lighting and other exterior elements.
REQUIREMENTS
* Valid Driver's License to drive company vehicle
* Work Boots
PREFERENCES
* Comfortable bending and stooping throughout workday
* Previous experience with hand tools, measuring, and construction
* Willing to work in various temperatures and weather
* Comfortable lifting items up to 50 Ibs
* Follows instructions, and can meet scheduled deadlines
JOB DUTIES
* Installing irrigation systems, water features, retaining walls, paved paths, and other ground structures
* Painting various structures and objects
* Constructing decks and exterior structures made of wood and/or other materials
* Completing finishing work on newly installed projects
EMPLOYER NOTES
* Looking for an individual with a good work ethic and who is willing to learn. Employer is willing to train for the duties of this job and can offer seasonal bonuses and raises after designated periods with the company
* Employer will provide a sweatshirt and hat with company logo for work sites
HOURS
Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
PAY
$18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience
