At Call Mike, we offer comprehensive General Contractor services for both commercial and residential projects. With diverse undertakings, we keep ourselves engaged, busy, and continually expanding. Specializing in design-to-build and renovation services, we cover everything from residential homes to conventional commercial spaces, including custom carpentry finish work, tiling, cabinetry installs, and more.

We are currently seeking individuals with expertise in the following areas:

• - Complete painting services, with the ability to independently initiate and execute painting projects.
• - Drywall installation and texture application.
• - Tile and masonry work.
• - Siding installation, encompassing various types such as hardie-plank, vinyl siding, cedar shake, tongue & groove, etc.
• - Roofing.
• - Frame-to-finish carpentry skills.
• - Fixture installation.
• - Site work.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• - Safely lifting objects weighing up to 80 lbs individually.
• - Adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines, including mask and respirator requirements.
• - Ability to climb ladders and work safely and effectively at heights.
• - Strictly following tool safety and product installation protocols as outlined by manufacturers.

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

• - Constructing structures in adherence to framing standards and best practices.
• - Setting up, maintaining, and dismantling job sites and tasks as required.
• - Utilizing specialized tools, including saws, vibrators, chainsaws, power sanders, pressure washers, spray guns, HEPA vacuums, and various hand and landscaping tools.
• - Ensuring all constructions and assemblies comply with relevant codes, instructions, and warranty procedures.
• - Fulfilling personal employee work duties and obligations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Applicants should have at least one year of experience and demonstrate proficiency in one or more of the following:

• - framing.
• - concrete form building and concrete work.
• - tile setting and masonry applications.
• - landscaping.
• - building/property maintenance/management.
• - interior/exterior painting.
• - roofing, including asphalt, metal, and rubber.
