Midwest Erectors and Construction of Omaha, Nebraska is hiring skilled steel Construction Laborers who enjoy seeing a project take shape. Candidates must be reliable, motivated, and interested in pursuing or continuing a career in steel, metal buildings, and general construction. Pay & Benefits:
- $1,000 Hiring Bonus
- Based on experience.
- Hourly range from $17 to $25 per hour.
- Year-round work.

- Paid holidays. (after 90 days)
Hiring Requirements:
- Must be a quick learner.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Must proficiently be able to read a tape measure.
- Work in heights. Safety equipment was provided.
- Perform basic arithmetic such as adding fractions.
- Assist supervisors and perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
- Must be highly communicative with both internal and external communication.
- Perform and pass a drug test.
- Undergo a background check.
Core Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Work in, at, or on construction projects, metal building construction, sheet metal, steel erection, equipment operation, and lead/supervisor position.
Hours & Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- From 7 AM to 4:30 PM (summer hours are earlier)
- Overtime available.
