Job Description
Lettire Construction Corp., an established ground up builder in the tri-state area, has an opening for a Risk Analyst. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the appropriate insurance coverage is in place for subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors of all tiers, and to provide claim support to the Director of Risk Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Initiate, follow up on and manage to completion insurance reviews with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors, organize and maintain results in a database for easy access and reference.
• Coordinate both internally and externally to obtain subcontractor, vendor and supplier insurance documents, review to confirm compliance with contract requirements.
• Track subcontractor and vendor insurance documents, review and track policy expiration and initiate requests for renewal documents, securing compliant documents in a timely manner.
• Review subcontractor/supplier prequalification forms relative to insurance and risk, initiate insurance reviews, and request additional information/clarification as needed.
• Manage certificate of insurance requests from clients/Lettire business units.
• Manage the enrollment process for subcontractors into the Lettire CCIP including organizing and obtaining required documents from subcontractors and ensuring timely enrollment.
• Review weekly CCIP enrollment reports and initiate contact for missing information/documents as needed.
• Assist in all aspects of incident reporting including gathering all pertinent information required for submission.
• Assist in the claim and discovery/litigation process, including updating and maintaining claim files and assisting with all third-party document and information requests.
• Composes correspondence to subcontractors, project teams, insurance broker(s), carriers/TPAs, attorneys, etc., as needed.
• Manage the invoice review process, including the review and coding of invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Assist with insurance renewal and insurance placement process.
• Must be able to follow processes, collect documents within a designated timeframe, and escalate issues to the appropriate parties on a timely basis.
• Prepare and provide weekly status reports.
• Perform technical, administrative, and analytic duties as outlined.
• Responsibilities may shift to provide greater or lesser support in other insurance and risk management functions as needed.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (Desired):
• Prior experience working for a construction company and familiarity with construction terminology.
• Prior underwriting and/or claims experience.
• Familiarity with Riskonnect, Procore and DocuSign.

Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 3-5 years’ experience working in the insurance industry.(Property/Construction Preferable)
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be willing to commute to office location, as this is a non-remote position.
