Construction Billing Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable client to identify a Construction Billing Specialistfor their growing team in the Crestwood, KY area. Ideal candidates will possess excellent business communication skills, detail orientation and accuracy with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create new jobs by entering sales orders

• Prepare and send invoices to customers for payment

• Prepare work orders for payroll and billing

• Receive and apply credit card payments

• Monitor receivables and follow up on past due invoices

• Experience in billing, AIA pay applications and office administration is preferred
