DUTIES
- Answer phones, take messages, respond to emails and manage mail correspondence.
- Greet clients and visitors and Maintain office calendar.
- Assist with invoicing, data entry & filing
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Perform additional clerical tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Able to produce accurate work
- Organized with Excellent time management skills.
