We are looking for an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with a variety of administrative tasks for our Honolulu office including being responsible for the Front Desk customer service. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, strong attention to details, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, answer phones, and distribute mail
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining pricing sheets, updating database information, and more
- Maintain the office and order office supplies as needed
- HR assistance as needed including event planning, coordination, and assisting with onboarding of new hires
- Provide general office support to staff members
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of previous administrative/customer service experience
- Must be highly detail oriented and well organized with a strong ability to multi-task
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude and collaborative team player
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to pick up new computer programs quickly
- Construction experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
