Concrete Finisher

```
Duties:
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces
- Use hand and power tools to shape and finish concrete
- Set up forms and ensure they are properly aligned and secured
- Pour concrete into forms and spread it evenly using rakes and shovels
- Operate concrete mixers to prepare the necessary concrete mixture
- Apply sealants and curing compounds to protect the finished surface
- Repair damaged or cracked concrete surfaces

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to concrete finishing
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in completing tasks

- Must be able to operate skidsteer to prep sites for forms. Knowledge of grading.
- Knowledge of frame carpentry, hardscape, roof, renovate, tile laying, construction estimating is a plus
