Join the Peak Beverage Team as our Concessions Account Manager!

Peak Beverage is seeking a customer focused and enthusiastic Concessions Account Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative team. Peak Beverage’s Concessions division produces bar service for events like concerts, festivals, holiday fairs, sporting events, etc. We partner with large event production companies, municipalities, music producers, non profits, and run the bar services for their larger scale events. This role would be the primary communicator to these types of clients and it would be your responsibility to WOW them and make sure they are happy and come back to work with us year after year. Position: Concessions Account Manager
Location: Denver, CO Austin, TX (and more to come!)
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication and Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their concessions needs are exceeded.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing top-notch service.
- Concessions Sales planning and analysis:
- Utilize data analytics to enhance concessions strategies and drive sales growth.
- Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of the concessions sales playbook, implementing improvements as needed.
Concessions Sales Reporting:
- Develop comprehensive sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales trends and implement proactive strategies to maximize revenue such as identifying what types of menu items based on different demographics / locations/ music style sell best.
Concessions Menu Design:
- Run a menu design process with other departments in the company (ops, sales, creative) to have a trendy and revenue maximizing offering for guests of events.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to offer a unique and appealing menu selection for diverse events.
Client and VIP Interaction:
- Anticipate client needs and exceed expectations to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
- This position should be great at “Wining and dining” and having authentic and moving customer interactions with clients and VIPS as a representative of our brand.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and exceptional client communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Creative mindset with a passion for designing appealing beverage menus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Previous experience in sales, concessions or event management is a plus.
- Travel is required - approximately travel time 4 days a month growing over time potentially as more markets are created.
