Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Computer Support Specialist with experience in hardware setup and knowledge of IT concepts, for various technical support tasks.
Requirements:
1 year or more IT experience preferred; recent graduates will be considered
Experience with hardware/new user set up
Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience
Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals & computer security policies
Ability to work in a weekend On-Call rotation
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite deskside Tier 2 support including imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing of outdated assets, and resolving trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues
Set up laptops for remote workers.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
