Computer Support Specialist

Summary: Seeking a Computer Support Specialist to provide onsite deskside Tier 2 support and assist with hardware setup, computing, networking, and computer security.

Requirements:

• 1 year or more IT experience preferred; recent graduates considered

• Experience with hardware setup and new user configuration

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals

• Familiarity with general computer security policies

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite deskside Tier 2 support including imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing of outdated assets, resolving trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues

• Setup laptops for remote workers

• Spend approximately 60% of time on the shop floor and 40% at a desk providing support

 

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour
