Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains Primary Source Verification. Provides all license renewals to associated remote office and communicates with Network Development for any payor recredentialing.
- Maintains ZeeMap with RT, Delivery Tech., office, warehouse, and storage unit locations.
- Keep spreadsheets with remote office and storage unit information up to date.
- Vetting and communication with staffing agencies for remote Clinical Support Specialists (CSS) temp employees as needed. Collaborate with CSS Supervisor on resume review and selection as well as assist with interviews.
- Maintains current, up to date information in offices including wall postings, standards binders, and other regulatory required documents.
- Support the departmental project of transitioning organizational training and education to an new platform by assisting with the development of courses required by the organization’s Compliance Program and accrediting bodies.
- Conduct training and virtual mock surveys with remote office staff in preparation of a CMS, BOP, DHH, TJC, HQAA, or other regulatory surveys relevant to the requirements in that state.
- Assist the department with infection control duties including but not limited to the research and ordering of approved FDA products, assist with ordering new hire PPE and infection control supplies for the shipping hub.
- Participate where needed in SOP auditing for compliance with company policies and procedures.
- State licensing background screenings.
- Special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years' of work-related experience.
- Associates degree.

- Ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks quickly, accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment under strict deadlines.

- Self-motivated, able to work on a team and independently.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Must be capable of working in an environment w here evolution and change are the norm.
