Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Hybrid Compliance Risk Analyst position located in Marlborough, MA 01752 zip code.
Pay: $ 35.00/HR
Length: 6+ months
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities for this Hybrid Compliance Risk Analyst position include but are not limited to:
70% COC Review:
· Review and validate product test reports, accept certificate of compliance and labels to ensure client merchandise conforms with both US regulations and client requirements.
· Maintain client's product safety database and related documentation.
· Informational Customer service resource for vendors looking to do business with client.
· Stay current on US product regulations (CPSC, FTC, EPA, USDA etc.) and provide guidance on standard methodologies and trends on how it will impact the company's compliance program.
30% Projects and Problem Solving
· Work on projects related to compliance with US state, federal or local product laws that impact product safety and records management.
· Work with business partners to respond to incidents and help specific groups remediate findings in product safety assessments as needed
· Assists with daily product compliance program functions including incidence response.
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for this Hybrid Compliance Risk Analyst position:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
· 3-4 years comparable compliance experience, product safety experience preferred
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build effective working relationships with internal and external partners in a rapidly changing environment
· Comfortable collaborating and partnering with all levels across business functions including Merchandising, Legal, IT, Store Operations and others
· Critical thinking skills with common sense, pragmatic mindset
· Highly organized with attention to detail, can prioritize multiple work streams concurrently
· Strong training skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and adapt communication to the needs of the audience.
· Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
· Proficient with Microsoft 365/Office suite including Excel as well as database management tools
