Compliance Officer- Ventana Lakes POA (Sun City, AZ)
HOAMCO is seeking a full-time employee for a Compliance Officer position for our Ventana Lakes POA located in Sun City, AZ.The Compliance Officerassists in the enforcement of the community's covenants by conducting weekly or biweekly inspections within the neighborhoods and surrounding common areas in order to maintain an attractive neighborhood.

Qualifications:

• A clean driving record
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Work well in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office products for letters to homeowners
• Experience in HOA property management or property inspections is preferred

• Learn the community's CC&Rs and Rules & Regulations
• Establish drive order for inspection schedule
• Conduct drive through inspections noting any property violations as well as common area issues
• Follow Board and/or Manager requests in regard to Compliance enforcement

• Ability to consistently project a positive image of the Company.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling interruptions as part of the routine.
• Strong team player, willing to help out and assist others when needed.
