AddressJob Description:
The Compliance Coordinator is expected to proactively keep client websites compliant with specific OEM brand standards each month. Additionally, the Compliance Coordinator will keep internal knowledge base articles up-to-date with evolving OEM brand guidelines and provide superior customer service. The Compliance Coordinator is also expected to manage client expectations and communicate with DealerOn's business partners. This is a remote entry-level position reporting to the Manager of Compliance and OEM.
Essential Functions:
- Answer questions regarding brand compliance guidelines
- Submit websites and website content to the manufacturer for review
- Analyze brand and program compliance reports provided by the manufacturer
- Correct infractions to make websites adhere to compliance guidelines
- Communicating infractions in customers’ purview for correction
- Communicate issues clearly to internal resources
- Work with internal departments to fulfil all program requirement related requests
- Prepare or update internal compliance training
- Manage and oversee multiple projects
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training
- 1-2 years of prior experience in website content management
- 1 year of experience in verbal and written communication in both business to business and business to customer communications
- Perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demands
- Work independently and within the team to complete assignments with limited guidance
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 3 years’ experience
- Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Previous brand compliance experience a plus
- Knowledge of SalesForce and JIRA

The salary range for this position is $37,500 - $66,300.
The maximum range shown represents your earning potential with DealerOn for the life time of the role.
