Job Summary:
The Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) directs the work of the Compliance and Special Project Unit within HR. The SSM I oversees the development of departmental personnel policies, procedures, projects, and forms. This position requires a thorough and detailed knowledge of customer service and HR rules and regulations. The SSM I collaborates with peers and professional staff to ensure uniform and compliant HR policies and procedures. The incumbent is expected to exercise good judgment, communicate effectively, and always portray a professional and positive demeanor.

Working Conditions
- This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule which includes up to two days of remote work per week. Additional in office days may be required based on the business need.
