Part-Time Compliance and Ethics Hotline Operator

Compliance Resource Center (CRC) is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong verbal and written communications skills for an entry-level Compliance and Ethics Hotline Operator position. This is a part-time position during non-peak (overnight) hours that allows for flexibility in schedule.

About this Career Opportunity:

Compliance and Ethics Hotline Operators play a vital role in helping our health care clients proactively comply with federal and state regulations through conducting interviews with hotline callers wishing to report concerns around potentially fraudulent activities and providing written reports of the interviews to our clients.

Compliance and Ethics Hotline Operators receive extensive hands-on training in call handling, interview, and report writing techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong verbal and written communication skills that may be currently pursuing a degree in or working towards a career in Communications, Investigations, Law, or Compliance. There is the opportunity for professional growth and advancement into full-time positions.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Professional demeanor and approach to work
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Associate's Degree and 2 years of professional work or internship experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 1 semester of professional work and/or internship experience. CRC will consider candidates that are actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree that have at least 1 semester of professional work experience.

Training for the position is provided. No specific Hotline experience is required.
