Compliance Analyst - 1894006

We are currently searching for a highly motivated AR & Insurance Analyst.

Core Role & Responsibilities:

1. Understand the role of Load Planning & WH operation for Compliance

-Fulfilling compliance customers needs, e.g. Home Depot

-Analyze unsuccessful compliance issues

-Come up corrective action plans caused by internal issue (Load Plan & WH)

-Continue to monitor compliance penalty, prepare reports & escalate

2. Monitoring and handling logistics claims and other liabilities

-Carrier Claim, WH Discrepancies

-On-time claim delivery and follow-up

3. Liability Recovery Management (Account Receivable)

-Weekly reporting of recovery status

-Analysis of collection rate and projected loss (Yearly, Monthly)

4. Analysis of customer/carrier issues

-In-depth analysis of problematic carriers

-Escalate customer issues to LGE Electronics

5. Accounts Payable to Vendor

-Validating and submitting payment via payment plans

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree required

Detailed oriented, organized, great time management skills, efficient

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

2+ Year experience in Logistics/WH operation (or relevant experience) required

Bilingual in English/Korean is required
