About the Role:
Maintaining the cyber security policy (such as ISO-27x) and making sure the policy is correctly implemented and documented. Responsible for the firewall rules, different security hardware and software, and the implementation of cyber security solutions. Conduct audits to ensure security measures in place are properly working by doing vulnerability testing and pen-testing. Assist developers and the IT industry growth and advise on how to implement secure systems. A big part of the role is overseeing and analyzing security threats by reading the logs and reports of the different security products.
What You Will Do:

  • Provide real-time analysis of security alerts generated by applications and infrastructure.
  • Support remediation of IT audit issues and recommendations.
  • Play an important role within the Incident response team in each phase of incident (Detect, contain, recover, post-mortem).
  • Assist in securing our IT infrastructure.
  • Support our web application firewall platform.
  • Improve processes related to Monitoring and SecurityInformation and Event Management (SIEM) to identify security issues for remediation.
  • Investigate and report security incidents.
  • Regularly review device configurations.
  • Develop and maintain investigation methodologies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in securing desktop software development as well as identifying security threats.
  • Analyze the security measures already implemented and determine how effective they are.
  • Recommend changes that will improve every aspect of company security.
  • Research and evaluate emerging cyber security threats and ways to manage them.
  • Monitor real-time Data Loss Prevention (DLP) alerts.
  • Detect and handle data leakage violations and incidents.
  • Perform additional data analysis to validate security breaches.
  • Release legitimate outbound emails quarantined by DLP policies.
  • Follow up on action plans resulting from our security processes, such as audits, vulnerability management, risk management, and more.
  • Actively participate in third-party risk assessments.
  • Advise and train teams on security policies and best practices.
  • Participate in internal audits and analyze alerts in SIEM and EDR solutions.

Who You Are:
  • Knowledge about audits, vulnerability concepts, and risk assessments.
  • Experience related to cloud security, DevSecOps, and privacy principles.
  • Certification, such as CISA or CISSP, is an asset.
  • Good knowledge and experience of security frameworks and compliance with SOC2, ISO 27000, and PCI DSS.
  • Good knowledge of security products (ATP, Defender, Darktrace), Splunk, firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), SIEM, etc.
  • Experience in on-premises and cloud security (AWS, Azure).
