As a member of the Human Resources Team at OnLogic, you’ll wear many hats, supporting in the furthering of our global compensation approach, working with the HR team on improvement projects, guiding employees with HR related questions, and more! You will play a critical role in attracting and retaining top talent, while ensuring our compensation practices are fair, equitable and compliant with employment laws, payroll and tax regulations. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team, department heads and external partners to achieve strategic objectives and support a positive employee experience.

On an average day, you'll...

  • Conduct market research to analyze salary trends and relevant labor market data.
  • Develop and maintain a competitive salary structure aligned with internal consistency, job responsibilities and market data.
  • Recommend adjustments to salaries and incentives based on performance, cost of living and market fluctuations.
  • Collaborate with the team to align compensation strategies with recruitment efforts and organization goals.
  • Work with the HR team to support in the development and implementation of strategies to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness based on data insights.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on a broad range of HR matters, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay up to date on federal, state and local employment laws impacting compensation, such as minimum wage, equal pay, and non-discrimination regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, or comparable field.
  • Proven knowledge of HR employment law, payroll, and tax compliance regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented mindset with ability to use Google Sheets (or Excel) with ease.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and utilize HR data effectively.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
