The Compensation Analyst, under general supervision, will provide Compensation support for the company’s compensation programs and functions. Provides excellent customer service to clients for matters related to compensation.
Here’s What You’ll Get to Do:
- Process requests submitted to the Compensation department, consisting of analyzing requests for new positions, reclassifications, promotions, new employees and other compensation-related requests; performs due diligence to ensure internal equity
- Perform market pricing and analysis of external / internal salary data
- Participate in third-party salary surveys
- Maintain job table, including creation of new job codes and updates to existing job codes in the HR system
- Research state and federal compensation laws, identifies any issues, and makes compliance-related recommendations
- Assist with administration of the annual merit and bonus programs, and updates the compensation pay plans; assists with the review of compensation policies and practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of relevant compensation experience or similar experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and modeling complex analysis accurately, including lookups and pivot tables
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvement
- Basic understanding of the laws and regulations that govern employee compensation
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or a related field
Preferred Education, Experience, or Skills:
- Knowledge of UKG/UltiPro Payroll and HRIS
- Compensation certifications
