Job Description:
- Respond to email inquiries from employees and other departments regarding various program rules and guidelines.
- Process overall program transactions including eligibility changes, motor vehicle records (MVR) and manage program reports on a daily/monthly basis.
- Analyze claim reports and investigate claims presenting a potential for corporate risk.
- Coordinate and communicate with all Client departments, employees, dealers, and auction houses for problem resolution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of various Risk Management initiatives to promote awareness and safe driving practices.

- They should be capable of interacting with all levels of employees effectively.
- Should be highly organized and detail oriented with excellent analytical, customer service and problem solving skills.
- The candidate must be able to keep sensitive information completely confidential and only access when job functions require it.
Requirements:

Education:
