As a member of the PACCAR Parts IT team, your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with developers to manage and execute projects.
- Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders, teams, and departments.
- Lead projects of moderate to high complexity with teams of 10 or more participants, budgets in the $1M range, and project durations of 7,500 hours or more.
- Drive and deliver project results, and challenge the business on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
- Develop project plans and initiation charters.
- Build and execute project plans, ensuring conformance to established PACCAR standards and procedures.
- Clearly document and communicate the business and system requirements for the development teams.
- Risk analysis and mitigation.
- Communicate project status and issues to senior management and project sponsors.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Work with the quality assurance and development teams to triage defects and ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.
- Acquire and coordinate resources and services from both external vendors and internal teams.
- Conduct project management improvement activities.
- Bachelor's degree required, with Information Technology or applicable discipline preferred.
- 4-6 Years of experience of relevant experience required.
- 2+ Years of demonstrated skills in managing complex projects requiring either package or custom solutions.
- 2+ of experience with Agile methodologies, like SCRUM.
- Effective consensus building skills.
- Strong teambuilding skills.
- Strong application of process improvement methodologies.
- Effective presentation skills suitable for senior management.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively with little to no supervision.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $93,000.00 - $131,010.00 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
