Your Role:

• Leadership: Guide and develop a team, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
• Operational Mastery: Oversee all aspects of the coffee house's operations, from sales growth to quality control.
• Community Engagement: Lead in organizing community events like game nights and open mics, enhancing our presence as a community hub.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience and a passion for team development.
• Exceptional skills in conflict management and resolution.
• Must be 21+
