Job Description
Brief Description of Work Performed:
Caring for individuals with severe/profound developmental disabilities and assisting with all daily life activities.
Minimum Education / Experience:
High school graduate or GED certificate. No experience is necessary. Paid training to all who apply. Preference is given to applicants with training or experience working with persons with developmental disabilities. TLC will provide training for these positions. All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid North Carolina driver’s license is required.
Job Stability:
No layoffs, overtime pay, guaranteed hours, job security, additional bonus pay for working shifts outside the normal schedule.
New Pay Rate: $15 per hour.
Hours/Days of Work:
Full-time, Part-time, and PRN shifts - 1st, 2nd, 3rd,, and weekend shifts available. Must be available to work alternating weekends.
