Summary: The Treasury Management (“TM”) Sales Consultant II will be primarily responsible for the sales of TM Products and Services to customers and prospective customers within an assigned market.
Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, and location.

Responsibilities:
- Develop networking relationships with Branch Managers, Private Bankers, Loan Officers, and all other sales staff in the development of sales leads and referrals. Attend internal interdepartmental/branch meetings and external networking events.
- Provide reciprocal referrals to branch and sales staff when customers indicate a need for banking services.
- Develop action plans to reach established sales individual and departmental sales goals.
- Assist and participate with all specific marketing programs established for the bank.
- Responsible for the sales, setup, training, and support of Merchant Services. This includes training staff at business locations on features and uses of credit card equipment and acceptance procedures/regulations to meet Visa/MasterCard rules.
- Responsible for the sales, training, and support of Business Online Banking, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH/Wire Origination, Lockbox, Remote Official Check, P-Card, Insured Cash Sweeps and Vault Services.
- Cross sell additional Dime products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines pertaining to TM Products/Banking Services as well as Dime policies and procedures.
- Meet customer experience standards of the TM Department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking, Treasury Management or payment processing.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Strong computer, business development, analytical, problem solving and communication skills (both written and verbal) required.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications and utilize research tools to find information. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation to ensure timely customer appointments.
