Who are you?
You are someone who is experienced with developing business plans and attaining sales goals, delivering great customer service, and growing revenue through increased deposit and lending activity. We are searching for a qualified Community Office Manager to lead one of our branch teams with enthusiasm, who can continuously develop our community and boost the team's productivity. As a Community Office Manager, your responsibilities include managing staff, fostering a positive environment and ensuring customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. You will be responsible for:
  1. Overseeing daily branch opening, closing, customer service, transaction processing, and reconciliation tasks and activities. This includes being accountable for financial, operations, and customer satisfaction goals for the branch.
  2. Developing and maintaining banking relationships with potential clients, existing customers, and community organizations. This includes networking to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
  3. Providing training, coaching, development and motivation to branch personnel to maximize productivity, efficiency, and individual potential. This includes directing job assignments, designing performance plans, assigning goals, monitoring performance, and assuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Assessing local market conditions and identifying current and prospective sales opportunities. This includes developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans, and identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities.

Requirements:
You will need a bachelor's degree in a related field AND 4-6 years previous related sales and management experience in a banking environment or related sales field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
You will demonstrate well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:
