Here are some of the duties that may be a part of your position as a Health Services Manager that will positively impact the lives of those who call us home!
- Clinical Oversight of 2 LPN's
- Monitor and track Change of Condition (COC)
- Monitor and track skins.
- Monitor minimal RN Delegations
- Additionally, this position will not require any staffing or scheduling assistance.
- Most importantly serving seniors in your community!
Schedule: The hours for this position are flexible and you can choose to work Part-Time or Full-time.
- Full Time - 5x8s, 4x10s, 3x12s - Your choice!
- Part Time - 3 days per week
Pay: We offer a competitive hourly rate that is determined by your experience!
- Full Time: $105,000-$120,000 salary
- Part Time: $50.48-$57.69 hourly
Work Location: Forest Grove, Oregon
Education: An Active Oregon RN license is required.
