Minimum Experience and Training RequirementsAssociate degree in nursing and two years of Behavioral Health or other related experience; ORBachelor's degree in nursing and one year of Behavioral Health, or other related experience; ORAny satisfactory combination of work, education, training, or experience relevant to the position, as determined by Marion County. For those relocating from outside of Oregon, we provide the following relocation package:Up to $3,000 reimbursement of moving expensesRelocation bonus in the amount of $3,000 (prorated based on FTE) as a one-time payment upon proof of Oregon residencyWe offer the following retention bonus, prorated based on FTE:$1,500 bonus after six months of continuous employment$1,500 bonus after twelve months of continuous employmentMarion County is recruiting for a Behavioral Health Nurse.
