- Maintain accurate records and files related to clients, leases, and property maintenance
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and maintain high occupancy rates
- Enforce community rules and regulations to ensure a safe and pleasant living environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve leasing and occupancy goals
