SalaryNew Path Interventions is currently seeking a Community Liaison Specialist in Richmond VA and the surrounding areas.
The Community Liaison Specialist educates our community about our services and programs, builds relationships with accounts for mental health and behavioral health referrals and maintains a positive presence in the community. This is a commission-based position, where you refer individuals who are in need of services. Having a Human Service Background is a plus!
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or higher
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Makes and establishes relationships with other service providers as a means to educate individuals about NPI.
- Provides referrals through screening criteria and evaluates the appropriateness of each referral for potential services.
- Follows DMAS marketing regulations and remains in compliance with regulatory requirements when conducting marketing duties
- Perform all necessary activities with a potential client to support them in enrolling in services for up to 10 hours per client. These activities may include an initial contact, screening, transportation to appointments; linkage with wraparound services and other miscellaneous meetings to meet the client’s needs and ensure a smooth transition to services.
- Will maintain a level of professional conduct that reflects integrity, respect and loyalty.
- Will maintain a level confidentiality in matters concerning clients and coordinates with director with regarding program expectations and quality assurance with the client prior to start of services.
