HMEA TRACS program is seeking a dedicated part time job
coach to work in the Worcester area.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently
without direct supervision and excellent communication (written and verbal) are a must.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 1 year experience working with individuals with
disabilities/autism - Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to transport clients in own vehicle is a must
- Able to work independently
- Good time management skills
- Detail oriented
