Job Description
This full-time position will report to the Branch Manager at the Main Branch location on Shotwell Street in Bainbridge, Georgia. The primary responsibilities of this position include: assisting tellers and personal bankers at this location, answering and servicing incoming telephone calls, receiving and sorting USPS daily mail, balancing and log deposits received, and verify/monitoring hold mail. Serves as custodian of safety deposit boxes by: allowing admittance to safety deposit boxes, mailing all SDB-related notices and monitoring all customer information for suspicious activity, and reporting to the appropriate bank officer. Additional responsibilities include: maintaining redeemed savings bonds records, taking check orders/reorders, assisting the teller line with end-of-day processes; handling online banking and telephone banking inquiries, password resets, and replacement debit cards.
Role Qualifications: Education- High School Diploma. Experience- Minimum 1 year of Clerical or Customer Service Experience, or any combination of the two. Other skills and Abilities- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize time management.
