Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, specifically in creating IT documentation and technical publications.
- Proven track record of managing complex documentation projects, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Experience in developing and managing website content, newsletters, annual reports, and executing digital content strategies. Experience in liaising with media and handling public relations.
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support, organizing meetings, and managing documentation.
- History of effective collaboration with development, quality assurance, and technical support teams in a technical or IT setting.
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including interviewing subject matter experts for information gathering.
Experience Preferred
Experience in governmental or public sector communications. Leadership experience, including coaching or mentoring junior staff. Involvement in large-scale IT projects or initiatives within the public sector.
Education Required
Advanced degrees in Communications, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in technical writing, project management, or related areas.
