At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Communications Agent is responsible for courteously and professionally addressing owner and guest inquiries, ensuring their needs are met promptly and satisfactorily.
What you will do
- Provide general information and inquiries to all callers and be familiar with all Residence
events, etc.
- Successfully utilize the telephone switchboard, the Residence Club computer system.
- Accept and place wake-up calls for Residence Club guests.
- assist with "Do Not Disturb" requests, screening calls, "No Information" calls, busy
way conversations, collect calls, visitors, and radio equipment.
- Actively monitor guest phone charges and report charges to Resort Assistant Manager.
- Report and log all telephone maintenance and operational problems.
- Receive, log, and deliver all guest packages appropriately.
- Monitor Front Office Systems to ensure guest requests have been assigned and completed in
- Monitor and log all Resort Rentals available to guests to ensure the return of such items or
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff.
