Commission Based Real Estate Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Assistant. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Real Estate agents and help ensure smooth operations in our office. Duties:
- Assist Real Estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses
- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
- Maintain and update listings on various Real Estate websites
- Assist with marketing efforts including creating flyers, brochures, and social media posts
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in Real Estate transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns
- Assist with property management tasks such as coordinating repairs and maintenance

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to negotiate and problem-solve in a professional manner
- Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus
- Sales experience or customer service experience is beneficial
- Familiarity with Real Estate administrative tasks is desirable
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
