Location: Remote
Duration: 10 months of contract (possible extension)
This will be a 20 per week assignment.
Note: REMOTE POSITION - Must be able to work Eastern time.
Job Purpose
- Serve as main point of contact for Pain franchise sales reps to provide solutions to problem situations to ensure customer and patient needs are met. Support the Pain Marketing organization with administrative and operational tasks.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support across the order to cash process as well as other inquiries including but not limited to capital equipment service, warranty status checks, product support and/or other commercial troubleshooting.
- Act swiftly and effectively to resolve various inquiries in cooperation with supervisor and/or other team members if required
- Manage open order report and work cross functionally with global business service teams (i.e. credit, collections, master data, customer service, etc.) as well with divisional teams (i.e. supply chain, sales, marketing, etc.) to drive resolution
- Develop and use a process to record frequency of tasks/inquiries, time to resolution and teams involved in driving toward resolution
- Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement
- Monitor inventory supply status and manage global constraints as they arise; this will include planning and executing on communication, substitution and allocation strategies as well as executing on scrap mitigation strategies
Other Possible Responsibilities
- Support development of product information management (PIM) system by collecting and providing marketing inputs and reviewing associated documents
- Manage product hierarchy creation
- Support product demo request process and fulfillment
- Support new customer onboarding and training for BSC s clinic workflow solution
- Support demand planning and forecasting
- Assess sales rep inventory carry model
Qualifications
- 2-year degree, along with 3+ years of related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills including relationship building and a focus on customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving with a dedication to understand customer needs and deliver efficient solutions
- Strong organization skills and/or project management ability
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
- Flexible and open minded
- Able to work under pressure with a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to execute independently
- Attention to detail
