Commercial Sales Representative

Certified Recycling * Waste Solutions is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative who will identify, close and manage new customers for the company's recycling and waste solutions services business. The market area consists of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Candidate should be located in one of those areas. Following 60 days of onboarding/training in the corporate office, the position will work remotely from the person's home office with occasional office meetings. Top priorities are to generate organic growth and recurring business with new clients. This is a "hunter" and personal production position.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Drive organic growth by acquiring new customers and growing current customers.

· Majority of time spent on identifying and closing new customers for recurring recycling materials and waste solutions consulting services.

· Utilize company planning tools, processes, and focused sales activities to drive results. Document call planning and reporting in the CRM to maintain accurate company, contacts, and follow-up.

· Utilize personal professional network for new leads and business opportunities.

· Manage all aspects of the sales cycle. Partner with the Ops Team to provide exceptional customer service.

. Extensive field and in-site visits in territory as well as telephone cold calling.

PREFERRED REQIREMENTS / BACKGROUND INCLUDE:

· 3-5 Years of business development and sales experience – experience in the waste management or a similar industry preferred

. BS or BA Degree preferred.

· Goal-driven, high sense of urgency and responsiveness, accountability for results, successful track record with pay-for-performance programs. Hunter mentality and mode of operation.

· Strong planning, execution, and time-management capabilities.

· Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast paced, high growth atmosphere.

· Resolves problems through the development of appropriate solutions, negotiation skills, and implementation.

· Microsoft Office and CRM experience.
