Commercial Roofing Sales Representative Job Description

are looking to expand our team with a dedicated Orange County and surrounding areas Sales
Representative. We truly believe in changing the roofing stigma by our high-quality customer
service, honesty, and step-by-step communication with the customer throughout the whole
process.
Commercial Roofing Sales Opportunity:
Roofing Independent Sales Reps needed to prospect and develop Roofing Sales. Pay is base
plus commission with uncapped pay potential.
Duties will include:
 Develop leads through personal marketing in conjunction with company marketing plans
 Meet with property managers and commercial property owners
 Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and need for repair when
applicable
 Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required
 Assist customers in selecting materials and colors used for the job
 Collect payment for services completed
 Develop referrals and generate positive reviews
 May perform other duties as assigned  

Requirements:
 Minimum of 3 years in Roofing Sales required, Construction experience a plus
 Knowledge of roofing techniques and materials
 Experience in project costing and planning
 Applicant must be extremely self-motivated and able to work with minimal daily
supervision
 Must be of sound personal character and a positive representation of the values of our
company
 Must have excellent communication skills
 Must have necessary computer skills and be able to learn our company-specific CRM
software
 Must have a valid CSLB HIS-SP number
 This position will cover Orange County and the surrounding areas.
