SUMMARY
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for executing the recruitment strategy for the Yates Commercial Division while also providing hands-on recruitment support to ensure timely placement of resources.
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute recruitment strategy for Yates Commercial, establishing candidate pipelines to meet current and future needs across multiple states.
- Establish reporting metrics to track success, timeliness, and efficiency of hiring activity.
- Determine the best recruiting methods and outlets to meet the needs of the organization and projects, negotiating terms and managing relationships with search firms and job boards as appropriate.
- Establish relationships with division, corporate, and project leaders in order to understand business/staffing needs and offer solutions through creative and effective sourcing and hiring practices, taking initiative, prioritizing, influencing, negotiating and partnering effectively.
- Lead regular meetings with recruiting team and division managers to ensure project staffing needs are met; providing metrics reporting weekly or as appropriate.
- Provide leaders with guidance through the interview, offer, and hiring process; leveraging support from broader HR team as appropriate.
- Gather data regarding industry trends and labor market conditions; adjusting strategies as needed and sharing data with broader HR team and management as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or other relevant field of study required.
- 10+ years of agency and/or corporate recruitment experience required.
- 3+ years management experience strongly preferred.
- Experience or knowledge of construction industry strongly preferred.
