Field Recruiter - Human Resources
Contract Opportunity
Mableton, GA - South Branch
The ideal candidate would be customer service orientated and highly motivated, with an ability to work independently and self-managed. The core requirements of the Field Recruiter will be to distribute and post recruitment flyers and attract talent from external sources.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Distribute and post approved recruitment flyers in the identified areas.
• Visit common areas (not job sites) where other talent may frequently appear and distribute recruitment cards / discuss Crabapple Career Opportunities with passive Candidates.
• Work closely with local Operations Teams to identify locations within the area for recruitment.
• Work closely with Human Resources to understand hiring needs, via weekly update reports.
• Provide consistent, valuable feedback to Human Resources on strategy, recommendations, and progress.
• Provide tracking and recruiting reports as requested.

Work Conditions / Essential Functions:

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment at times
• Is regularly required to drive, walk, and stand.
• Is regularly required to sit and use hands and fingers to handle or feel.
• Is frequently required to talk and listen.
• Works in light to moderate noise levels.
• Travel up to 90%

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 2-year Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, preferably in a skilled trade industry (Landscape, Construction, etc.)
• Bilingual English - Spanish required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, and Excel capabilities.
• Authorized to work in the US.
