Note: Due to the office size this job will take less than one hour to complete each cleaning. Candidate will be hired on as a 1099 Contractor (no taxes withheld). Paid after each cleaning via direct deposit. Contractor provides own equipment and solutions. Pays $100 per cleaning.

Days/Hours: Cleanings are conducted twice a month on a weekend day. Contractor can opt to clean Friday anytime after 6pm but must be completed before Sunday at 6pm. Cleanings are estimated to take no more than 1 hour to complete each evening due to the size of the office.

```Duties```
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
- Clean and maintain designated areas such as offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

```Experience```
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing is a plus
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is beneficial
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
