Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Credit Administration Manager and the Loan Servicing Manager, the Loan Servicing Specialist will perform various loan operations department functions to ensure the efficient operation of the area. The Loan Servicing Specialist responds to internal and external customers regarding loan inquiries. The Loan Servicing Specialist will ensure that the policies and procedures of the department are strictly adhered to, federal guidelines are followed and that all business objectives are achieved by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer service calls and inquiries.
- Process loan payments and loan advances accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform second day review of multiple transactions to verify accuracy.
- Authenticate client wire instructions.
- Initiate loan funding by deposit, check or wire.
- Reconciliation of bank-controlled accounts.
- Provide administration support to staff as required.
- Support invoice processing including entry in various forms, distribution, and scanning or photocopying.
- Must have ability to multi-task and work in fast paced and time sensitive environment.
- Perform internal and external customer service.
- Attention to regulatory requirements.
- Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information are essential.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of loan operations experience
- Knowledge or experience with Fiserv and Doc Links a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
