• Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and assist with policy changes.
• Educate, advise, and cross sell clients.
• Issue insurance documentation, update client information, and assist with payments.
• Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.
• Build clientele and maintain retention with warm leads and winbacks.

• Property & Casualty License Required.
• 3+ years Insurance account management/customer service experience required. Commercial Lines experience a plus!
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Agency Management software proficiency.
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
• A goal oriented team player who is self motivated.
