• Be customer-focused to establish and maintain effective relationships
• Obtain updated information, change requests, and issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
• Schedule Appointments and Educate & Advise Clients on their policies
• Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding
• Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications

• Hold current Vermont Property and Casualty License and retain license by meeting the continuing education requirements
• 2+ years of insurance experience. 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology.
• Ability to navigate agency management system. AMS 360 experience is a BONUS. And Above average computer skills
• Ability to use office equipment such as computers, multi-line phone systems, copiers, etc.
• Word processing and typing skills.
• Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills and professional office and phone etiquette
