Who are you?
You are someone who is experienced with the financial industry, has knowledge of sales and marketing, and strong communication skills. We are searching for a qualified Commercial Lending Relationship Manager to join our team! As a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager, your responsibilities would include soliciting and servicing prospective customers, producing a variety of commercial loans, as well as generating and managing a portfolio of business and corresponding relationships, while seeking new accounts. You will be responsible for:
- Expanding loan portfolios by developing quality relationships by working with centers of influence, while managing and minimizing loan delinquency.
- Maintaining quality individual loan portfolio. This includes keeping required financial information up to date, completing appropriate customer reviews each year, and keeping delinquent loan percentage at an acceptable level.
- Analyzing commercial loan applicant’s financial information to determine loan feasibility.
- Approving loans within authority, if applicable, or referring loans to committees for approval.
Requirements:
You will need a bachelor’s degree in a related field AND 4-6 years of related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
You demonstrate well developed abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:
