We are seeking a talented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at an insurance brokerage in La Mesa, California. In this role, you will manage an assigned book of commercial accounts and provide excellent customer service to existing clientele.
Location: La Mesa, California (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned book of commercial accounts.
- Service accounts and maintain relationships with existing clientele.
- Work with two Producers on client interactions, negotiations, technical analysis, and program design
- Market new and renewal accounts, discuss and create renewal strategy with Producer.
- Evaluate and compare current exposures and develop renewal or new business specifications for marketing.
Requirements:
- Experience managing Commercial Insurance Accounts.
- California Property & Casualty license required.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience with Applied EPIC agency management system is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: $80,000 - $85,000
