Summary:
Are you a licensed insurance professional interested in joining an established middle-market brokerage?
We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Coordinator or Assistant for an Orange County firm that is one of the Top 100 Property & Casualty Agencies in America.
Location: Santa Ana, California (Hybrid / Remote – 1 day in the office / 4 days working remotely)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:
- Basic administrative duties
- Assist Account Managers in supporting middle market clients
- Assist with online submissions, endorsements, and creating proposals
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- 1+ years of insurance brokerage experience
- Property & Casualty license preferred
- Experience with Applied EPIC, TAM, CSR24 is a plus
