Job Title: Commercial HVACService and Project Sales Specialist
Location: Sacramento, CA
Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial HVACService and Project Sales Specialist in Sacramento, CA, to spearhead new business development within the commercial HVAC market. This critical role is responsible for driving sales initiatives from inception to completion, emphasizing customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the process. Key duties involve identifying sales opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and managing client projects to ensure profitability and target achievement.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new Service and Project Sales opportunities in the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals to both new and existing clients, securing profitable projects.
  • Foster and expand client relationships through diligent prospecting, networking, and follow-up activities.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring client specifications are met and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Anticipate customer needs and develop robust, long-term relationships focused on service excellence.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and profit goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication throughout all project stages.
  • Work closely with engineering and technical teams to align project execution with client requirements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive dynamics, reporting insights to management.

Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and a proven track record in Service and Project Sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing sales targets and deadlines.
  • Strong sales acumen with a history of successfully prospecting and acquiring new customers.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
  • Must be local to Sacramento, CA, with a stable and demonstrated work history in the commercial HVAC industry.

Preferred:
  • Adaptability to take on diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
