Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Build business in both private and public sectors
• Generate and pursue business opportunities
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with technicians, customers and suppliers
• Prepare service quotes based on technicians’ diagnostics
• Serve as a reliable resource for customers
• Conduct site visits to assure quality
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and lead time on equipment
• Estimate material, labor and subcontractor costs for system plans and specification projects
• Generate proposals
• Consult with potential and existing customers to provide customized solutions

Required Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC, Plumbing and/or Refrigeration systems
• Experience with commercial HVAC, Plumbing and/or Refrigeration systems
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Outstanding communication & organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Reliable transportation
